When will my order ship?

Are ColourPop products cruelty-free?

Yes! We are 100% cruelty-free and do not test on animals. Many of our products are also vegan, which you can find listed on individual product pages.

What is your return policy?

What should I do if my Super Shock Shadow arrives dry?

Make sure to close the lid tightly after every use! If it feels a bit dry, you can revive it with a drop of oil-free makeup primer, but usually, a tight seal keeps them creamy for months.
